A movement and mobility program sponsored by the Horseshoe Foundation for anyone with Parkinson’s disease or essential tremor. Improves posture, balance, and gait — elements of yoga, dance, and Pilates.

DANCE WISE
Professional trained dancer will teach about balance, sequencing, rhythm and aesthetic awareness useful to PD constituents. This will include movements from modern dance, ballet, tap, folk and social dancing to engage participants’ minds and bodies all this in an enjoyable environment for artistic exploration.

FIGHT BACK WITH FITNESS!
A high-intensity exercise class for active, mobile people with PD who want to stay active and independent for years to come. This class is currently looking for new members, but SPACE IS LIMITED.

MUSIC AND WELLNESS GROUP
Will help with:  Vocal projection and breath support; upper body and facial stiffness; upper body movement and coordination; social and emotional needs; choice and autonomy ; cognitive needs such as attention and alertness. No previous music making experience or skill is required to participate in these weekly sessions.
