What is Medication Management?

A 90 minute session with Pharmacist, Chris Harlow, Director of Pharmacy Services at Your Community Pharmacy.  Topics covered will be the basics of PD medications, important points of when to notify your MD or Pharmacists, food and drug interactions, main counseling points, drug-nutrient depletions and appropriate nutritional supplements.

What is Medication Management (Individual Follow Up)?

One-on-One sessions with Chris Harlow individualized for the person, focusing on specific needs and goals.  Must attend Medication Management 101 and sign up for an appointment after the meeting.

About Chris Harlow:

Chris Harlow, PharmD, CGP is the Director of Pharmacy Services at Your Community Pharmacy.  He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky and is certified in Geriatric Pharmacy.  His areas of interest include Pharmacy Compounding, Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Vaccine Preventable Illnesses.
